Custom Measuring Instructions

1. Hand size is that measurement around the palm.
Wrap a tape measure in inches around the knuckles and make a fist. Your hand size is this number less a half inch. For instance, if the number is a 7, then you are a size 6 1/2

2. The length is measured from the wrist to the desired height on the bicep (usually 4 inches above the elbow).

3. Bicep circumference is that measurement around the upper arm at the desired length.

4. Hand tracing of fingers and thumb is also acceptable.
